Overview
Ministry of Economy, Trade Independenceand Industry, Government of Japan (METI) has begun to promote EdTech in Japan since July 2017.
METI would like to create "Agenda Shaper " and "Change Maker" as many as possible to solve various social problems.
METI has co-worked with many EdTech players in Japan so far, and "Promoting EdTech" is now a National Strategic Goal in Abe ministration.
In this session, Keigo Hidaka, the Deputy Director, will explain the outline and main goals of EdTech in Japan.
